One of our members just wrote me and said his local newspaper reported to day that, although Dick Armey has killed TIPS, the Justice department is announcing they will continue plans to implement it. Also, he said the International Teamsters Union (truckers) have come out in support of TIPS and said they will cooperate, allowing their members to join up as spies.

I encourage all of you to keep your eyes open for information concerning this, and let me see anything you find.
